Hey, I’m Rohma, and I love seeing women like you break free from the 9-to-5 grind and write your own freedom story.
Here’s my personal story
For 8 years, I climbed the corporate ladder across Pakistan and the Gulf, working with global brands and dreaming of becoming a CEO one day.
But everything changed when I became a mother.
Even top-tier companies fall short in supporting new moms. The emotional toll, the burnout – it was real. I realized the system wasn’t built for ambitious women who wanted both impact and freedom.
While expecting my first child, I worked 16-hour days building my exit plan with zero freelance experience. But I went all in.
I landed a high-paying remote role doing what I love. In 6 months, I helped the company generate over $30K in revenue, coaching professionals from Ivy League grads to leaders at top tech firms across US, UK, EU and the GCC.
Today, I live a flexible, location-free life as a digital nomad, based in Dubai, working fewer hours, earning more, starting my mornings with Pilates, working from cute cafés, and having record months, all while spending more time with my family and traveling the world.
